Our Mission

The Harm Reduction Clinic at Brockton Neighborhood Health Center is therapeutic environment that addresses substance use disorder as a chronic, relapsing disease. We are committed to meeting you where you are at and treating you with dignity and respect. Our goal is to save lives and support you in achieving optimal health.

Services

  • We provide treatment for people struggling with: opioids, alcohol, stimulants (like cocaine, crack, methamphetamine)
  • Suboxone®, Sublocade® (buprenorphine), Vivitrol® (naltrexone), Campral (acamprosate), and other medications to help with substance use
  • Behavioral Health Counseling
  • Peer Recovery Coaching
  • Treatment for people struggling with stimulants such as cocaine, crack, methamphetamine, or prescription amphetamines
