Mission Statement

Brockton Neighborhood Health Center is a multicultural organization that collaborates with community agencies and residents to provide high quality comprehensive health care that is responsive to community health needs and is linguistically, culturally, and financially accessible.  We are committed to health promotion and disease prevention.

BNHC: Where good health begins!

Whether it’s the common cold, familiar flu, or a once-in-a-generation pandemic, Brockton Neighborhood Health Center has been caring for the Greater Brockton area for 30 years, providing a world of care right in your neighborhood. We celebrated our 30th birthday on Feb. 28, 2024!

As we approach the third decade of bringing comprehensive health care to more than 38,000 Brockton-area residents each year, our goal remains the same: To protect and care for you and your family as if it were our own. That’s why we provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art care in everything from pediatrics to adult medicine, nephrology to nutrition, diet to dental, and so much more to more! BNHC and you — together, we succeed.

BNHC 2023 Health Needs Assessment

Report outlines Greater Brockton’s health needs and services for the past five years.

This report, provided by BNHC, provides a snapshot of health in and around Brockton during the five-year time period from 2017 to 2022. BNHC commissions the report to offer insight into the health needs of the Brockton area to help guide our program development, funding priorities and the formation of new services of local organizations.
