Our Mission
The Harm Reduction Clinic at Brockton Neighborhood Health Center is an office-based addiction treatment (OBAT) program. We are committed to meeting you where you are at and treating you with dignity and respect. Our goal is to save lives and support you in achieving optimal health.
Services
- We provide treatment for people struggling with: opioids, alcohol, & stimulants (like cocaine, crack, methamphetamine)
- Suboxone®, Sublocade®, Brixadi® (buprenorphine), Vivitrol® (naltrexone), Campral (acamprosate), and other medications to help with substance use
- Behavioral Health Counseling
- Peer Recovery Coaching
- Support for people struggling with stimulants such as cocaine, crack, methamphetamine, or prescription amphetamines
