DIRECTIONS

From Boston

Take Route 93 South to Exit 4, Route 24 South. This is a left exit. Follow 24 South for about seven miles. Take exit 18A, Route 27 South, Brockton. Take this road past the Westgate Mall, which will be on your left. When you come to the end of the road, you will be at a light facing a Cumberland Farms/Gulf gas station. Take a left at this light onto Pleasant Street. Stay on Pleasant Street for about three miles. Take a right onto Warren Avenue. Go two blocks and make a left onto Legion Parkway (this is a divided street). Proceed up the street to the second cut in the divider and turn left, then cross Legion Parkway directly into the parking lot of Brockton Neighborhood Health Center.

From Western Mass to 63 Main:

Take Route 495 South to Exit 7A, Route 24 North. Follow route 24 north to exit 18A, Route 27 South, Brockton. Take this road past the Westgate Mall, which will be on your left. When you come to the end of the road, you will be at a light facing a Cumberland Farms/Gulf gas station. Take a left at this light onto Pleasant Street. Stay on Pleasant Street for about three miles. Take a right onto Warren Avenue. Go two blocks and make a left onto Legion Parkway (this is a divided street). Proceed up the street to the second cut in the divider and turn left, then cross Legion Parkway directly into the parking lot of Brockton Neighborhood Health Center.

From Southern Massachusetts or Rhode Island to 63 Main:

Take Route 95 North to Route 495 South, exit 6A. Take Route 495 South to Exit 7A, Route 24 North. Follow route 24 north to exit 18A, Route 27 South, Brockton. From New Bedford to 63 Main:

From Route 128 to 63 Main:

Take Route 128 South and continue on as it becomes Route 93 north. Get off at Exit 4, Route 24 South. Follow 24 South for about seven miles. Take exit 18A, Route 27 South, Brockton.
