Directions to Brockton Neighborhood Health Center

FROM THE BOSTON AREA to 63 Main

Take Route 93 South to Exit 4, Route 24 South. This is a left exit. Follow 24

South for about seven miles. Take exit 18A, Route 27 South, Brockton. Take this

road past the Westgate Mall, which will be on your left. When you come to the

end of the road, you will be at a light facing a Cumberland Farms/Gulf gas

station. Take a left at this light onto Pleasant Street. Stay on Pleasant Street for

about three miles. Take a right onto Warren Avenue. Go two blocks and make

a left onto Legion Parkway (this is a divided street). Proceed up the street to

the second cut in the divider and turn left, then cross Legion Parkway directly

into the parking lot of Brockton Neighborhood Health Center.
